Job Description:
This role will play an important part in few of the key talent acquisition projects and shall participate in our growth journey
• Work with recruitment team in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for various business units • Source talent from various sourcing channels i.e. career websites, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies etc. • Proactively work on open positions with the sense of urgency and quality • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Reach out to passive candidates and keep them warm for future roles • Maintain & uphold process and data integrity • Should have experience in hiring both IT and NON IT.

1. At least 2 years of proven experience in resume writing and career counseling.
